My zales credit card was stolen and after we cancelled it, we called the company to request a new card since you have to have the physical card in order to make an online payment. It has been more than a month and they still have not sent the replacement card so I still cannot make an online account payment. After a hard day of defending my country, I tried to call the company to make a phone payment and although they claim to be open until 9pm CT, they were already closed at 7pm CT.
