I placed an order on May 16 for overnight delivery. The product says it has been delivered but I do not have it. I contacted the company via phone and chat. Their customer service is outsourced and the agents have a hard time understanding simple statements and could not comprehend the situation. I then disputed it through PayPal and Tiger Direct sent a rude response almost immediatly after I filed the claim (as if they were expecting it) saying I told them I got it, which I never said that. So here I am trying to get my money back. Do not buy anything from these foreign scam artists.
