I ordered my original package from this website. Somehow it got lost in the mail. It had been over a month that I had waited impatiently for my package to come in. I requested a refund for the inconvenience but instead I was ignored and was sent a new package. I had already been emailing back and forth that all I wanted was a refund and not a new package to be sent. They told me the only way I could receive my refund was to send in the new package. It cost me another $** to send back that package. They will not refund me for the new package or the shipping fees. Customer service agents have done nothing but make this experience horrible.
