Ordered Luis Vuitton bag on 4/11 and amount was debited from my account. Website promises orders shipped within 24-48 hours with a 7-14 day delivery for international shipments. When I didn’t receive the bag, I emailed them and received a response that they were 4 days behind. nAfter sending several emails requesting cancellation of the order and refund of my money, I was notified that the shipment had been sent and was in transit and it would take awhile to get the shipment back. I responded with an email requesting my money back as soon as they located the bag and a phone number where I could speak with someone. No response has been received. No phone number is available for this company in Canada. On 5/30 I sent another email requesting the info and an update. nTheir customer service is horrible and I would never order from the site again. nMarynNew York, New YorkU.S.A.
