Assalam Alaikum, I booked a flight from DMM to COK on 29 June, but when arrival my ticket was canceled. I spoked to customer service more than 4 times in the last 3 days. First they offered to reschedule the flight, but with no luck, then I asked for a refund which they sent a request as they told me.
