False return policy and ignoring a customer
My Complaint: The website claims they will refund you if you return their product within 60 days. I did just that, have proof because I used UPS with tracking and signature confirmation, had a brief email correspondence with the company where they said they would issue my refund immediately, and they have yet to issue the refund or contact me again in two weeks.
My Demand: The refund that was promised on the website.
