Bulgari Complaint


After less than one year that we bought our rings, their color t turned to yellowish. And I brought my ring to the shop to be polished. The shop asked service charge for that. After even less than one year how can the color change like that? Even the worker in the shop said this change isn”t normal before 3 years. We pay huge amount of money considering that we buy quality. This color change for me is not acceptable and I demand polishing service free of charge. My husband is Italian and with his will trusting Bvlgari we bought our rings from Bvlgari shop. But now we have a disappointment regarding quality. My name when we bought the rings: Meryem Sebnem Atayar My husbands name: Tony Freda The invoice should be on one of these names written above.
