Faction War Release in Aug


Q: What is the difference between “Faction War” and “Area Conquest” or “Resource War”? What is their relationship?
A: First, you will need to pick one of the 4 factions to join. After that, you can join a guild under the same faction. A strong guild would typically own an area or sub-area in the game.  The faction leaders and top managements in the faction have the authority to decide the ownership of the head quarters in an area or sub-area and the relevant resource distributions.

Q: Has Area Conquest been developed?
A: It is not released yet
 
Q: What is the relationship between Area Conquest and Resource War?
A: Resource War will occur very frequently but its damage on players will be minimal.

 Q: The main development agenda now is area conquest and resource war? Is there any other new contents, such as nation war?
These 2 aspects are the upcoming large scale contents which we will be releasing soon. The first would be the Resource War, which involves 128 players vs 128 players.  We will auction the head quarters of various areas to guilds/factions initially. After that, the guilds without any headquarter can challenge these guilds/factions to conquer the head quarter.

Q: When will Area Conquest be released?
A: It is expected to be released at the end of August. We will also consider the connetion between this content with the upcoming Sailing content. Sailing basically involves a group of 32 players in a ship.  We will make it look appealing to all players, with the standard similar to Assassin’s Creed.

Q: The faction related gameplay, is the core gameplay content for max level players?
A: MMO is very different from MOBA games such as League of Legend, in terms of monotony of gameplay. Any games which are focused only one core gameplay will likely result in loss of players and eventually cause the lack of player spectrum in the game.  I believe, there are 3 types of players; the first type is players which prefer strong guild or social interactions; the second type would be players who enjoy the companionship of friends and unlikely to be involved in any war.

The third consists of the casual players who do not belong to any large groups. The game contents have to appeal to all these 3 types of players.  The faction related gameplay is meant for the first type of players. Of course, the second and third types of players could also participate.

We focus on the optimization of role playing content before the faction war content because we want every player to have a good impression of the game first.
