Blade & Soul KR Update 18th June 2014 : Skill Changes for Force Master

Translation of Blade & Soul update note for KR server 18th June on Force Master skill changes. Similar changes have been applied to test server of Blade & Soul CN on the same day. Bug fixes are not translated.

1. Fire Palm (LB)

* The previous Rank 2 path has been changed to Rank 3 path. New Rank 2 path added.

* Level 4 Rank 2: Add effect – stack 2 Ember on Burnt target

* Level 5 Rank 2: Add effect – deal additonal dmg to Burnt enemies.

* Level 4 Rank 3: Add effect – Absorb HP equal to 10% dmg; Remove effect – Stack 2 Ember upon crit.

* Level 5 Rank 3: Deal continuous damage to max 5 targets.

2. Freeze Palm (RB)

* Remove Rank 3 path

* Increase the dmg of all Freeze Palm skills

3. Shockwave (1)

* Upon hitting Frozen target, Stun status combo effect can be applied.

* Rank 1/2/3: Increase the height and depth of the skill aoe

* Level 1 Rank 1: Remove effect – Resist charging skill

* Level 5 Rank 1: Can counter enemies’ attack immediately after casting.

– Upon successful counter, increase back roll speed.

* Level 5 Rank 2: Add effect – Upon deflecting moving skills, recover 5%HP.

* Move Level 4 Rank 3 skills to Level 3 Rank 3.

* Level 5 Rank 3: Add damage increase effect; the effect of “deal additional dmg to targets with 5 Ember” is moved to Level 5 Rank 4.

* Level 3 Rank 4 (Breaker): Change to long range single target skill.

4. Flaming Dragon (2)

* Level 1/2: Change the height and depth of the skill aoe

* Remove the previous Rank 3 path. Add New Rank 3 path ( Flame Beam)

* Level 2 Rank 3 (Flame Beam): Change to long range single target skill

* Level 3 Rank 3 : Add effect – Stack 2 Ember on Burnt target

* Level 5 Rank 3: Add damage increase effect

 

5. Frozen Dragon (3)

* Rank 1: Change the height and depth of the dmging aoe

* Rank 2/3: Remove the previous path. Added new path

* Level 2 Rank 1: The condition of gaining Ice Orb has been changed from “cast skill” to “hit target”; Add effect – dispel Internal Injury status.

* Level 3 Rank 2 (Cold Snap): The previous Level 4 Rank 2 skills changes to Level 3 Rank 2

– Frozen status will not be dispel upon conversion to frost bite status.

* Level 3 Rank 3 (Ice Beam): Change to long range single target skill with 2 sec Stun.

*Level 5 rank 3: Add effect – Upon dealing crit, CD of Ice Blast (X), Cold Storm (X) are initialized.

 

6. Fire Blast (X)

* Add CD to basic skill; damage increase

– Add effect: apply burn status. Remove effect: Stack 1 Ember

* Level 2 Rank 1: Add effect – Reduce CD of Fire Blast; Remove effect – Defence piercing and knockback enemies under guard

* Level 3 Rank 1: Add effect – reduce aggro value; Remove effect – instant cast upon crit.

* Level 5 Rank 1: Add effect – When dealing crit, the skill can be cast once without MP consumption; remove effect – can be used without aggro.

* Level 2 Rank 3: Add effect – Defence piercing, add CD.

 

7. Ice Blast (X)

* Basic skill becomes instant cast.

– CD is changed

* Basic, Rank 1 path: damage increase

* Level 3 Rank 1: Remove effect – Deflection pierce

* Level 4 Rank 1: Add effect – Deflection pierce; remove effect – freeze target fo5 sec upon crit

* Level 2 Rank 2: Add effect – Guard dispel, projectile speed increase.

* Level 3 Rank 2: Add effect – Upon dispeling guard, freeze target for 5sec.

* Level 4 Rank 2: Add effect – Upon dispeling guard, prevent target from using guard skill for 6sec.

* Cold Storm skill change to Rank 3 path.

* Level 2 Rank 3 (Cold Storm): Add effect – Deflection pierce.

8. Explosion (TAB)

* after using Explosion, other skills can be chained quickly.

* Level 2 Rank 3 Blaze is changed to Level 3 Rank 3.

* Rank 4 path is removed.

9. Frozen Shell (TAB)

* after using Thaw Shell (X), other skills can be chained quickly.

* Add Rank 3 path

* Level 2 Rank 3: HP recovery increases from 10% to 30%.

* Level 2 Rank 3: HP recovery upon resisting dmg increase from 1% to 5%.

* Level 3 Rank 3: Add effect – after dispeling Frozen Shell, resist 1 sec.

10. Flaming Hell (V)

* Basic: MP consumption changed to 1; remove ember stacking effect

* Level 1 Rank 1: Add effect – Stack 1 ember upon hit.

* Level 2 Rank 1: Increase the dmg dealt to Choke or Grabbed target.

* Level 2 Rank 2 (Meteor): Generate a damage dealing area around the target.

* Level 3 Rank 2: Add effect – stack additional 2 Ember upon hitting Burn target.
